At Portchester Engineering Precision we have Invested in the latest multi-axis CNC machinery, tooling and CAD machining software, which enables us to efficiently produce complex prismatic components of the very highest quality.

We are able to accept our customers machining requirements via the internet. Among the many Cad/Cam formats we can accept are IGES, Step, Parasolid, DXF & DWG.

We offer a full range of surface and heat treatments such as hard anodising, Alochrome, electro-polishing, bead blasting and Nitriding. We use the latest laser tool setting equipment and on-machine probing for maximum accuracy and in process controllability. As a further safeguard for maximum accuracy, all of our machined components are thoroughly checked in our temperature controlled inspection department prior to dispatch.
